Saying goodbye to my Timex Expedition watch
August 15, 2007 What do you do when your dependable watch suddenly dies on you? I’d be sad and disappointed for sure. Well, I didn’t mean to sound too emo, but my Timex Expedition watch has been my trusty companion for a long time now with its Indiglo feature, stopwatch, alarm and the double time zone feature. It’s not yet dead though… but its Indiglo feature doesn’t function anymore and the watch repair shop told me they can’t fix it. The strap is too worn out already and I don’t intend to replace it with a new watch band coz I thought it’s better to buy a new one anyway.
So I am just browsing for some watches over the Net — Dolce & Gabbana, Bulova, Hamilton, Pirelli, Mondaine, Luminox, Accutron, some Swiss Army watches for ladies and other stylish brands — just to give me an idea for my new watch. Hmmm…let’s see what my new watch would look like.
