Finally…the 4-digit PayPal code is here

This is just an update on my previous ‘rant’ about UnionBank’s unreachable customer service hotline. My friend just texted me yesterday that she was able to contact them finally and got her PayPal 4-digit code for expanded use verification. Yey! After more than a week of calling them (and with lots of wasted time and money), finally she got through. I’m glad my friend will be withdrawing her much-awaited money soon. With the slow processing for UnionBank accounts for PayPal verification, I really hope there would be another bank that could offer better service and features.

Which country is your Paypal account registered? I am discussing here about Paypal accounts for Philippines only using UnionBank eWallet savings account verification.

I swear Union Bank’s customer service is so horrible! I want to add my Unionbank ewallet account to one of my bank accounts in Paypal but unfortunately, I do not know it’s account number (the card number and account number are two different things). I’ve been trying to call Unionbank for more than a month and I STILL haven’t gotten through!

Yes, I do hope that other banks would also have paypal services. Unionbank is getting too frustrating for me.
