On fat burners and stimulants

Sometimes I would be curious about diet pills and what their ingredients are that would result to weight loss or affect a person’s appetite. For instance, one such fat burner is Ephadrasil hardcore which is an appetite suppressant mood enhancing pill.
The ingredients contain fat burning stimulants which are not good for those who are easily affected with caffeine since stimulants usually cause the jitters.
