Getting back on track with my dance-exercise routine

I’m glad last week I was able to find time to do my 30-minutes dance-exercise moves. I would always end up feeling energized after each session and sweating all over and I like the feeling of being alive and kicking! I still am eyeing for one of those electronic treadmills and dumbbells though. Thankfully, I’ve lost some pounds ever since I started on a controlled-carbohydrate diet.
