Experiencing weight loss plateau
March 25, 2009Most folks going on an exercise and diet routine with weight loss goals have experienced going through that phase where the scales are not tipping any lower and it seems like their weight refuses to move down even just a bit. Oh well, this is what I am currently experiencing these days, that discouraging weight loss plateau phase. My weight at 47 kgs just seems to be stuck and I don’t know how to make it go down further. I still am not the desperate to try any of those weight loss pills though, but it just can be so frustrating sometimes. Any suggestions on this dilemma?
