What’s your weight loss strategy?

I was just looking over some pics of our recent overnight stay at a faraway beach resort and am glad I’m not that fat as I used to be early this year. Thanks to a controlled-carb diet which made me give up rice. Yes, I’ve been rice-free since January! I hope I can get back into my regular exercise routine though, so I can lose more unwanted belly fat.

How about you? How do you lose those extra pounds? Are you into diet pills for a fast fix or do you get physical and have a workout schedule to burn those fats? Anyway, for those who are eager to try those slimming pills, be sure to do some serious research and read up on diet pills reviews before taking the plunge.
