Just thinking about some interior design ideas for a condo unit

Happy Fourth of July! It’s a weekend and I decided to just stay at home to finish some pending tasks. With an upcoming interior design project for a condo, I really haven’t got extra time and I’m lagging behind my online class assignments. Next week, we’re going to drop by some malls and check out their home and living section for beddings and curtains. We might buy some of the condo materials here or maybe in Manila.

I am also imagining how the unit should look like as the client required her favorite blue as the dominating color. How about the kitchen? Unlike my previous condo project which used sliding glass covers for the kitchen cabinets, it will be simple wooden covers this time to avoid fragile materials as the unit will be for lease. Bathroom lavatory countertop, floor and wall tiles should be made of granite as this material is tough and can be easily cleaned. For bathroom safety, the shower area should have a grab bar and a non-slip mat. I might design a fixed wall cabinet with desk and shelves for the bedroom.

Hmmm… I’ve got a lot of design ideas on my mind now. The goal is to come up with a simple yet classy design that would fit the client’s design requirements and budget.
