I’m on low-carb diet, but…

Are you taking diet pills or following a strict diet to get that that slim and fit body you’ve been dreaming about? I know somebody who used to be so obedient with her low-carb diet regimen. She lost about 4 kgs of weight while having a diet consisting mostly of meat, chicken, veggies and fruits without rice, bread or pasta. Nowadays, she is not that strict with her food choices anymore. Although she still doesn’t include rice in her meals and can easily say no to softdrinks, this girl can’t say no to her favorites and indulge in them once in a while…well, ice cream and spaghetti, anyone? Hmmm…I think you know who this girl is! ;)
