What’s your weight loss strategy?

Have you ever entertained the thought of taking diet pills? For those who don’t feel good about their weight, I bet the idea of looking for the best weight loss pill crosses their minds. On the other hand, I know some friends who prefer the natural way of losing weight such as going to the gym or walking few miles daily to burn unwanted fats.
