The diet program I’ve been used to makes one lose weight naturally due to food intake which is controlled, but with guidance from a doctor who has been studying the effects of a low carbohydrate diet. One though doesn’t have to starve himself as he can have his fill of protein from meat, poultry and from vegetables and fruits. I’ve heard of natural weight loss supplement but I’ve not tried it. Who knows I might one of these days, especially if there is a presentation convincing enough for me to try it.
